Anti-Ballistic Battery

In the process of armoring all clients vehicles HPC must consider all factors that will increase our clients ability to not only survive an unexpected attack,  but have the ability to get out of danger and commute to a safe zone.  One critical aspect of this process is to ensure that each vehicle can continue to function before, during and after an attack.  As a result the vehicle’s battery becomes a critical consideration, without a functioning battery the vehicle cannot start or run.  Original equipment lead acid batteries are prone to shorting out if struck by a bullet and can even be a fire or explosion hazard.  HPC replaces all original lead acid batteries with dry-cell batteries.  This eliminates the threat of an exploding lead-acid based battery potentially rendering the vehicle in-operable.  Another option is to add ballistic protection around the battery compartment to protect the battery itself as an added measure of security.
